💡 How I work
I fall in love with problems, not solutions. I find leverage in teams, tools, and partnerships to multiply impact without multiplying effort. I build incrementally, starting with the simplest thing that proves the theory. I design systems where humans do what they're good at (empathy, judgment, connection) and machines do what they're good at (speed, consistency, scale).
I treat leadership as service: my job is to unblock the people doing the work.
